-Today we are working on Rolls! Rolls to protect our bodies and redirect our energy, challenges with rolls and some fun competition
-We're going to learn some cool rolls, do some awesome roll drills, and then we'll play a game where we'll Catch the Monkey Tail using a roll! Sound fun?
:00-05 | Warm Up
Remember at this level warm ups are primarily for FOCUSING THE MIND and getting kids mentally and emotionally ready for classes.

-Focus 1: Floor Froggy jumps from dot to dot
-Focus 2: Gripping end of 1 stack, kicking feet over, with instructor guidance
-Option: Use pool noodle
-Focus 3: Hand hand foot foot from standing (progression squatting OK)

Roll Instructor Lines: Setup 1-3 lines depending on student experience. If 1 line, start with kneeling Roll only. Instructors should cup students’ heads and help them over as needed.

OCL 1: Step vault to roll to step vault
OCL 2: Wall Climb to drop and QM to Precision (add if needed: back-roll from precision and back to same wall climb)
Note: Increase engagement by raising or lowering vaults, moving students to different lines, or adding fun things like precisions, pushups, jumping jacks at the back of the line.
Keep those struggling engaged with proper coaching and those doing well engaged with additional program appropriate challenge
:20-25 | Skills in Motion
Vault Lines to Roll: Setup Vault boxes in Instructor Line style, 1-3 lines. Select a Vault and roll for each line. Rotate lines or skills as needed, add obstacles or layers of challenge as needed. Suggested Vaults to roll: Step vault to forward roll, Side vault to backwards, Lazy vault to forward roll.
Ninjas will still need help with their rolls, so coaches should be placed and ready to cup heads and help them over safely
