-Today we are working on Vaults! Vaults are a way for us to go over a big obstacle but still be safe and FAST!
-We're going to learn some cool vaults, do some awesome vault drills, and then we'll play a game where we'll STEAL BACON using a vault! Sound fun?

Remember at this level warm ups are primarily for FOCUSING THE MIND and getting kids mentally and emotionally ready for classes.
:05-15 | Skill Drill
Vault Instructor Lines: Setup 1-3 lines with 1 Vault box for each Vault you are working on. Students will complete the vault with instructor coaching according to their needs, then go to the back of the line w/ exercises. Once all students have completed the vault as many times as needed, rotate the lines.

Vault Snake: Setup Vault boxes in a line down the middle of the room (- - - -). Students will vault across a box, run around a cone, then vault across the next box. Once they have completed all boxes, they’ll go to the back of the line and start again.
Option: Different vaults assigned for each rotation of the snake,
Option: Different vaults assigned for each individual vault box,
Option: Different obstacles in the snake, and let the student choose the best vault for each obstacle
Note: Try to make challenge them to choose multiple vaults: Step, Side and Lazy (lazy is tough for this drill and may not always be appropriate)

Steal the Bacon (Vault)
IMPORTANT: Ninja games are NEVER competitive. Every Ninja should leave the game feeling like they did well and had fun
For Steal the Bacon in Ninjas, the instructor is the other competitor because the instructor can control the flow and speed. Ninjas should rarely if ever compete steal the bacon against each other. This way the instructor can make them feel like superstars
