Palm Spin Ping Pong: Make a 2 lines of obstacles down either side of the room. Students must palm spin an obstacle then run diagonally to the next obstacle, palm spin that one, and then “ping pong” between obstacles, making their way across the floor.
Option: Add a roll in between each palm spin during the diagonal run
Option: Add obstacles in the middle of the 2 lines for vaulting and rolling over
